We are looking for a bar member to join our team in Hitchin. This is a permanent part time position with the potential to be extended to full time.

Teller bar launched in Spring 2024 and serves a range of high quality beers, ready to serve cocktails and wine. We strive to be a warm and welcoming bar which is people-focused.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a passion for great customer experience

  • A love for high quality produce and a commitment to high standards

  • A great team player

Role includes:

  • Serving customers to a high standard

  • Engaging with customers in queries about our produce and brand

  • Maintaining a high level of cleanliness throughout the premises

  • Safeguarding vulnerable customers

  • Supporting the manager

What you’ll also get from us:

  • Not a late night venue - closing times will be earlier than some surrounding venues

We will consider applicants without previous bar experience for this role.
